Jefferson Heating Is Located
In Salem, Oregon.
Owner/Operator Jeff Carlson started the company
with the goal of building up the Oil Heat industry. Formerly an employee
of a local oil service company, Jeff saw
that Oil Heat was a specialty and that Salem
and the surrounding area
needed a source for service and repair. Along with being an
Oil Heat technician, Jeff has expanded the
company to include the installation
and servicing of gas furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps.

Oil Heat is Dirty and Makes it Difficult to Sell Homes.
Reality:
Oil Heat is clean and odorless. Negative perceptions may result from old or improperly maintained equipment. Dirty marks around heating vents are caused
by dust in the air, not fuel residue. This can occur with any forced-air heating system. Realtors who know the facts about Oil Heat will have no trouble
selling a house heated with safe, dependable and energy efficient Oil Heat. Homebuilders who build with Oil put added value into every home.
